The 16A air-conditioning connection line automatic production line is a production line developed for the connection line of the internal and external units of the air conditioner, and belongs to the high-power four-core cable production equipment.
The equipment is fully automatic, and after automatic line feeding, cutting, skin stripping, line splitting, sorting, wire pulling, sheathing, inner skin peeling, riveting and other actions, and then heat shrinkable tubes, hot air blowing and contraction, testing electrical performance, and finally qualified finished product packaging. The production line adopts high-speed silent riveting machine to rivet all kinds of terminals, which is stable and reliable.

The control system adopts KEYENCE's high-performance PLC imported from Japan and a large-size full-function touch screen to maximize stability.
The servo motor system with high-resolution encoder, combined with the rubber wheel mechanism, can carry out accurate wire feeding and reduce product length errors.
Through parameter setting, the plug wire products with different tail stripping specifications can be switched, which is highly automated, flexible and has high stability.
