It is used to produce power cords with a zigzag tail and has a series of functions such as automatic wire feeding, cutting, wire splitting, riveting, injection molding, testing, and packaging. The injection molding system adopts a 12-station turntable mechanism, the injection molding turntable is sunken installation, centralized feeding, and the injection molding machine is cooled by a closed liquid cooler. Eight-station and floor-mounted injection molded turntables can be used according to customer requirements. Quick-release molds make it easy to change products, allowing employees to quickly resume production as long as they replace the molds with new ones and align the robot's position. After it is put into operation, it can save a lot of labor and achieve good economic benefits.
